• Over the past 30 years, I am involved with manpower export and related businesses initially focused on facilitating the recruitment and placement of workers across borders ensuring compliance with international labor laws, addressing ethical concerns, and managing complex logistics. Protect workers’ rights, and provide support throughout the employment lifecycle. Additionally, adapting to technological advancements and shifting market demands, such as remote work trends and skill shortages, has become crucial. Ensuring the well-being of workers and maintaining transparent, ethical practices alongside achieving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.

• Over the past 10 years, as a packaging business owner, responsibilities have evolved to include stringent regulatory compliance, adopting sustainable practices to meet environmental demands, and integrating new technologies to stay competitive. Ensuring high quality control standards, managing production costs while navigating supply chain challenges, and maintaining strong client relationships are crucial. Additionally, prioritizing health and safety in the workplace and adapting to market trends, such as the rise of e-commerce and changing consumer preferences, have become central to successfully running the business.

Having visited over 20 countries for personal and business purposes to establish and expand a manpower business highlights a commitment to global engagement and strategic development.
